1. _ How does it work ? _______ Click here to Test or to Register
  1. NO advance download, NO installation and NO configuration is necessary for Callers.
  2. A Caller sees that a Receiver is online by checking the ETN online telephone guide or the Receiver's Webpage.
  3. The Caller clicks on the <Click To Call> button and will be connected automatically with the Receiver from wherever in the World, via the Internet.
  4. With a click on the button, our telephone software (Java-applet) will be installed on the Caller's computer, automatically and only for the duration of the call.
  5. Callers can initiate a phone call with a Receiver but cannot receive phone calls.
  6. Both the Caller and the Receiver only pay for a local call to connect to the Internet.
  7. Receivers may receive an UNLIMITED number of calls per month.
2. _ What do Callers and Receivers need ?
    Both Callers and Receivers need the following:
  1. Computer with soundcard plus headset (preferred) or microphone and speakers
  2. Java-enabled browser with Netscape 4.0 or Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher
    Click in your browser's top menu on Help - About to verify your software version.
  3. Windows 95 or 98 or NT

  4. NO advance download, NO installation, NO configuration and NO registration is necessary for Callers.
  5. Receivers must register for an ETN Internet Telephone Account and install the Receiver's software which can be downloaded after registration.
    This is a self-installing file which shouldn't take more than 5 to 10 minutes.

  6. Receivers DON'T need an own Webpage; ETN supplies all Receivers with a unique Webaddress where their <Click To Call> button is shown, and which they can give to their customers, friends or family that would want to call.
3. _ How much does it cost ?
  1. There are NO cost for the Caller, the person who initiates the call to the Receiver.
  2. Receivers pay ETN a monthly fee of US$ 12.50 (12 dollars and 50 cents), and receive
    • Personal HTML-code which can be pasted in any Webpage to attract Callers from all over the World at NO cost to the Receiver and NO cost to the Caller.
      This can be in as many Webpages as you want.
    • Webaddress where Receiver's <Click To Call> button is shown, and which can be given to customers, friends or family to be called.
    • Webaddress of Online Installation and User's Guide for Receivers
    • Webaddress of Receiver's software which must be installed on their computer.
    • An UNLIMITED number of phone calls.
4. _ How do I pay and what guarantee do i get it works on my computer ?
  1. Payment is possible by Visa and MasterCard or debit charge to a US bank account.
  2. The Receiver's monthly fee of US$ 12.50 will be charged automatically and every month to their credit card or their US bank account.
  3. Whenever Receivers cancel their account, they receive a full refund of their last payment.
    This means NO charges if you cancel during the first month !
5. _ Signup procedure
    Upon receiving the Receiver's Registration Form (See below):
  1. You will be emailed an Order Confirmation within 3 minutes.
  2. ETN will activate your account.
  3. You will be emailed within 1 business day
    • Your HTML-code which you can paste in any Web-page
      where you want your <Click To Call> button to appear.
    • Webaddress where your Company or Personal <Click To Call> button is shown.
    • Webaddress where you find the Installation and User's Guide
    • Webaddress where you can download the Receiver's software.
  4. As soon as you have installed the Receiver's software, you are ready to receive calls.
6. _ Receiver's Registration Form
  1. Please complete this form if you want to RECEIVE phone calls over the Internet.
  2. Complete the lines below, and click on 'Proceed to Checkout' to continue to the Secure Online Payment Form.
    Payment is possible by Visa, MasterCard or debit charge to US bank account.
  3. Complete your billing information and bank or credit card details on the Secure Online Payment Form (100% secure).
  4. Click on 'Submit Order' and your first payment of $12.50 will be authorized online.
